“Reverse Mortgages: From Urban Myths to Life Changing Realities”
This month I’ll be moderating a presentation by Robert Trommler, who is a reverse mortgage specialist and branch manager HighTechLending, Inc. in Irvine.
Robert will share more with us about some of the urban myths about reverse mortgages and how they are just that…myths. Robert is unique in what he does as he has a background in financial planning that he brings to the mortgage industry. He also has a talent for telling great stories. In only a way that Robert can, he will guide us on a tale through many stories highlighting all the many different wasy (traditional and non-traditional) that a reverse mortgage can benefit our clients.
I got a preview of his presentation already, and just from that alone I can tell you I learned so much. Spoiler alert – there are so many great opportunities to use reverse mortgages! It’s not just to help pay for longterm care (although it is extremely beneficial for that, especially if in-home care is preferred as we learned last month).
You will not want to miss all the other ways (and stories) reverse morgages can ehance the lives of your clients and their families. These really can be life changing strategies.
Why are we hosting this event?
Hosted by Snyder Law, PC and presented by attorney Kevin Snyder, the purpose of this series to help give you the knowledge you need to pass along more value to your clients. We do that by giving a brief educational presentation about an important legal topic. We also want to encourage networking among those professionals we trust so that we can all share in each other’s great resources.
Who can attend?
This event is open to any professional in any industry who is is currently one of our preferred partners or is interested in connecting with us to become one. This includes (but is not limited to):
Financial advisors, CPAs, insurance agents, bankers, mortgage lenders, realtors, or anyone in the elder care industry who works with seniors or their families.
How long is the event and when should I get there?
Our event is schedule to last 90 minutes. The first 30-45 minutes is reserved for open networking, so if you want to take advantage of that and meet the other great professionals attending, come early (we recommend it). The second half of the event is reserved for our topical presentation.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a parking garage next to the office building where Bistro24 is located on the ground floor. We will validate your parking, so be sure to bring your parking ticket with you.
What can I bring into the event?
A stack of your business cards for networking.
What food will be served?
Coffee or tea and light breakfast refreshments (muffins, bagels, croissants, etc.) will be provided.
