Accredo Packaging, a supplier of plastic film for the prepackaged food and consumer products markets, reached a construction milestone at the latest expansion of it 32-acre Sugar Land campus.
Houston-based design/build firm KDW topped out the 200,000-square-foot project, which will bring the campus, at 12682 Cardinal Meadow Drive in Sugar Land, to 550,000 square feet. It is Accredo’s third expansion of the campus.
Completion of the $50 million project is planned in June.
Accredo Packaging is part of the family-owned and operated API group of companies. Its products are used to package snack foods, frozen foods and pet treats, and wrap paper towels and bottled water.
