Join us our monthly Baking 101 Class. Lil’ Chefs will learn the importance of properly measuring wet and dry ingredients, how to follow a recipe and teamwork. Lil’ Chefs will be making Lemon Blueberry Tarts. They will learn to make Lemon Curd and Pate Brisee (pie dough) from scratch.

Is there an age limit to attend this cooking class?
This cooking class is open to children ages 5 and up.  


Is my child mature enough for this class?
Your child needs to have developed fine motor skills and the ability to follow directions.


Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Event Fees for missed classes are non-refundable. However, if advanced notice is given, paid fees can be credited towards future events. A $5.00 fee will apply.


What if my child has food allergies? 
You are responsible for bringing this to our attention.  During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to list this food allergy on your registration form.  Please consider the menu being created on class day and if you have any questions about the ingredients, please feel free to contact our learning center at 949-679-8390.
