To date, Naomi has closed approximately two hundred million dollars worth of residential, multi-unit, and investment properties, with an impressive real estate portfolio representing a sophisticated and diverse national and international clientele, in both Los Angeles and New York City. With a very heavy focus in professional athletes and entertainers, there isn’t a professional sports team or entertainment division Naomi hasn’t worked with.

With a natural affinity towards real estate, Naomi unofficially began her career around the age of five, when she was allowed to answer her family’s home phone taking messages from potential tenants calling on her family’s rental units. At nineteen, she was given authority over her grandfather’s properties in Santa Monica, in charge of renting and remodeling the units. At 24, after negotiating her own personal real estate deals, Naomi decided to get her real estate license and officially began her career. Joining one of the largest national real estate brokerages in the United States, in her first year, Naomi won the “Rookie of the Year” award for most properties sold by a new agent in the company’s Los Angeles branch, which was ranked in the top 1% of highest-producing offices worldwide. After two years, Naomi was asked to join a small boutique firm as their managing partner, making her the youngest managing partner in company history.
Twelve “official” years later, Naomi is stronger than ever, with a team of people working under her, also former collegiate athletes. Naomi’s personal experiences, unparalleled negotiating skills, and extensive knowledge for every project play an integral role in her transactions, incorporating strategic and out-of-the-box thinking for short-term and long-term investments. With the track record to prove it, Naomi credits her success to listening to her clients and being an advocate for her clients.

Raised in a real estate family on the east coast of Australia, Jasmine graduated with a Bachelor of Urban Development (Honours) at Queensland University of Technology. Her love for the industry runs deep, spending her formative years flipping homes with her father and her college years working for one of the top brokerages in the country.
A perpetual student of the built environment and a keen aptitude for selling, she has a distinguished appreciation for the power of negotiation, business relationships, development and design. Before her move to the US, Jasmine worked at a multi-disciplinary development firm, where she teamed up with local architects and urban planners to help their clients’ development dreams become a reality. This gave her a comprehensive understanding of real estate ‘from stud to sale’ and she’s grateful to bring this value to her clients.
Enamored with the electric spirit of Los Angeles, Jasmine is entrenched in the city that she jumped-through-hoops to call home. Having made the move herself, she is familiar with the relocation process, affording her a sensitivity towards her clients’ journey and a strong sense of responsibility for their experience. Described by her peers as being nurturing yet tough, she treats her clients like family and has a brand of doing business that is uniquely empathetic and earnest in its approach.

Madison Ward began her career in mortgage banking 10 years ago while studing finance and economics at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She comes from a family of finance entrepreneurs and was raised with an education in markets, investments, and real estate.
While attending university she accepted an internship in mortgage lending for a regional bank, and kept the internship through college. She went on to manage the bank’s affluent portfolio and originated over $150 million in mortgage loans in her first few years.
During the 2008 financial crisis she implemented the government relief refinance program that helped thousands of homeowner’s stay in their properties. After moving to Los Angeles, Madison was recruited to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and selected to work out of the Pacific Palisades bank branch. She is skilled at working with unique individuals, understands complex income structures and has a high level knowledge of products and programs that meet the needs of first time homebuyers to seasoned real estate investors.
Madison resides in Santa Monica where her priority is engaging local partners, building and maintaining these relationships, and helping residents of the community succeed in their home financing goals. As the daughter of a former chef, Madison is an avid foodie and can be found immersed in the vibrant restaurant scene and indulging in all of the energetic action that the west side has to offer.
