Happy New Year to you!  Ollie’s Kitchen offers “Cooking on a Budget” classes every Thursday for those wanting to learn to cook or “level up”!

Source sustainably
Grow your own when possible
Cook with intuition, using recipes as a guideline 
Meal prep and plan with no stress 
Live with less plastic 
Eat real food (trust me, you’ll never go back!)
Grow, use and store fresh herbs
Keep pantry staples


Weekly budget classes are based on what is available for harvest and the markets’ best budget friendly cuts of meat, seafood and poultry.  Menu changes weekly.  Inquire at olliecigliano@gmail.com for packages in series of 6 or more.  


BYOB, infused water is served but you are welcome to bring any beverage of your choosing.   Please arrange for Uber or your safe ride in advance.  Ollie is responsible for your culinary experience, not for your safe ride home.  


Modificatons made for vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian with no less than three days advance notice.  Please email any dietary restrictions or preferences to Ollie at olliecigliano@gmail.com
