Ages are: Tiny Chefs 4-6, Lil’ Chefs 7-9 and Teen Chefs 10 and older. All chefs will receive a Lil’ Chef School apron for the first camp enrolled to keep for their very own and will get to taste everything that they cook. This is a hands-on cooking camp and all of our recipes will be available on our website.
Camps will be held Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 12 pm. Weeks 3, 5, 7 and 10 also offer afternoon camps from 2-5:00 pm. Week 4 (ages 9 and up) and Week 6 (ages 7 and up) offers all-day camps from 9 am to 3 pm. Week 11 offers a single day camp purchase option for those who can attend 1 to 4 days but not all week.

Half-day camp: ages 4 and up
Full-day camp: Week 4 – age 9 and up
Full-day camp: Week 6 – age 7 and up
If a class/camp is not filled, we will combine age groups as we see appropriate and assign task(s) based on skill level. For all day camps, age groups are divided differently due to certain age requirements.
Is my child mature enough for this camp?
Your child needs to have developed fine motor skills and the ability to follow directions.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Fees are non-refundable but can be used for future event(s) if cancelled with at least 24 hour’s notice. A $50 cancellation fee (per week/per child) will be applied and subtracted from total credit.
What if my child has food allergies?
Our recipes include gluten, dairy, eggs, fresh herbs and spices as well as protein dishes. However, we are a NUT-FREE facility. You are responsible for bringing this to our attention. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to list this food allergy on your registration form. Please consider the menu being created on class day and if you have any questions about the ingredients, please feel free to contact our learning center at 949-679-8390.
Can my child bring home their food?
Yes please bring a plastic container to camp each day for your child to put their leftover food in.
What should my child bring/wear to camp?
All children need to wear closed toed shoes and hair back off face. No flip-flops please. Your child will not be able to participate at the stove or use/handle a sharp knife if not wearing closed toed shoes. Child can wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle with child’s name on it and a plastic container for leftover food.
How early can I drop my child off before camp starts?
You may arrive NO MORE THAN 10 minutes early for check in and you MUST stay with your child until the start of camp.
Can I stay with my child during camp?
Our camp is drop off/pick up only. We do not have the space for parents to stay and watch. We also find Parents/siblings can be distracting to your child, other children and for our Chefs. If your child cannot be dropped off, then they may be too young to stay at camp for an extended period of time.
What if I am late picking my child up after camp ends?
Any guardian that is late picking up their child will be charged $50 for every 10-minute increment upon completion of the camp unless we are notified of the tardiness ahead of time.
