“How Will They Know What to Do? Explaining the Role and Responsibilities of Your Successor Trustee”
May’s Coffee Talk was so successful and the feedback was so good that Kevin Snyder will return as the speaker for a replay.
It’s no surprise that this topic is so popular as we often get questions from our clients asking what their successor trustees will be responsible for doing. Setting up your estate planning on the front end is one thing, ensuring it is administered properly is another. Learning more about the practical “what next” and “how to” aspects of how your trusts will operate when needed is key.
That’s why we thought would be helpful to provide an opportunity to answer these questions and provide some practical tips for our clients and those you named to be your successor trustees.
Oh, and all attendees will receive our “Snyder Law Trustee Manual” along with our checklist of important practical things to do after someone dies.
So, please join us with your questions and if, possible, invite those that you’ve named as your successor trustees or who you think might benefit.
We’d be glad to meet them and give them a good foundation of their role.
