The Pacific Coast Business Times is delighted to announce that the keynote speaker for our 50 Top Women in Business event on April 18 will be Wendy Wood Yang, president of Deckers Brands Lifestyle Brands.

We would also like to announce that our Business Hall of Fame award will be going to Rick Stollmeyer, co-founder and CEO of MindBody. We’ll be inducting Stollmeyer as the 18th member of our Hall of Fame at an awards ceremony on May 23.

Wendy Wood Yang, president of Deckers Brands Lifestyle Brands, moved to Santa Barbara nearly four years ago to head up growth for performance lifestyle groups Hoka One One, Teva and Sanuk. Her work paid off with $110 million in global sales and strong revenue growth for the brand Hoka. She was also responsible for helping shift the company’s consumer demographics. A native of Concord, Mass., she previously worked at New Balance as general manager and with Stride Rite brand Keds. Her strong team-building skills have created positive work cultures with strong results.
